quick question re: shaving badges

I'm just starting to toy with the idea of shaving some of the badges (front and back). I'm wondering if someone can tell me which ones have posts that will leave holes if they are removed? Are any simply glued on such that I can just heat them up and take it off with some dental floss?

Also, do you think that on a year-old car, the paint fading will be noticable enough that I'll need to re-paint the area where the badges came off?

thanks.

They all have posts except for the RX-8 Badge. That is simply adhesive.

Usually because of the posts, you'd have to get the holes filled and the surface sanded and repainted.

thanks for the quick reply. I think I'll probably hold off on this one them until I've got another reason to bring her into a body shop.
