I have a 2005 and Im wanting to change my headlights to either a 6000K or 8000K HID but theres a small problem: I dont really know what the heck im doing! My main question is if I need to just buy bulbs or a kit of some kind and if so what are some good brands. Also looking to get matching fog lights and high beams. Again, would I just need bulbs or something else.

As for the body kit question, Ive been looking around on the boards a lot and found quite a few threads where Extreme Dimensions was being bashed pretty hard but then I found one where a guy had a front bumper that looked pretty good and was really inexpensive to paint and install. I've been looking at the M-1 Speed body kit and I'm liking it a lot but kinda getting discouraged by all the negativity. How horrible is the fitting and if its honestly that bad and not worth it, can anyone point me to some other good alternatives from another brand of around the same price that they would recommend besides the Mazdaspeed. I do like the MS but Im looking for something a little more aggressive and something that preferably wont break my wallet.

as for the hids I would go 6000k theres a sticky somewhere for what size bulbs you need (maybe ds2?) for the fogs you would need a full hid kit in H11 size bulbs.

as for the kit... ED blows do yourself a favor and stay away from them. As for other manufactures pretty much all the MS replicas suck. there is a decent autobahn replica here... http://www.shineautoproject.com/autospec.htm

 

Yeah I believe it was DS2 for the bulb size. I just wasn't sure if I needed a kit for both of them or not.

I actually saw that kit just a little while ago and it caught my attention so its funny you show me that! Do you know of any other decent replicas that you would suggest?

Try searching through google for answers. Its much easier and faster. Check this thread out though. One member has the kit and put a small review up about it. It should also help show you what other kits to stay away from.
