i wish they made the transition from oil cooler ducts to radiator duct more rounded or knife edged. i know im being nitpicky but here are some examples. the last pic is the current autobahn.

 

i kinda thought that as well but if you really look at it, its quite different.

the autobahn looks really sharp. but, there is something about the nose that is slightly un-natural- though i'm not quite sure what it is... maybe the slope of the scoop is too sharp and it contrasts too sharply with the line fluidity of the rest of the 8...

 

nice taste there ghost. i actually did some photoshops myself w/ a very similar idea. i plan on doing something custom to move away from all the autobahn fronts that are surfacing. lol

 

ghost, try compare the autobahn front view with 360 modena instead of 430.

hehe.. yeah it does seem like there will be quite a few poping up here soon. again, i think these kits look awsome from certain angles but its just the big, fat, solid and flat bars in the front opening that kills it for me. its too bad customing is out of my budget cause the rest of it is great.

i would give a ******** to have my car look anywhere near as good as NGOs 8. by far one of the best looking 8s EVER made.

the 'ferrari' look has more has to do w/ small aspects of the kit. my bodyshop commented that it looks like a f360 front from the side profile. my cousin who is also in the car business says that if i showed him a picture of just the bottom portion of the front, he'd say it's a ferrari.
so i assume it's more of the angle. the two ducts on the side help a little.

BTW love the steering wheel. It's very batman and works very well with the stock interior colors.

I like all the pics. I think this was my favorite front but I'm still up in the air on it due to the thickness of the front bumper line.

 

I usually despise exterior modifications with every ounce of my being...



...but I'm seriously on the verge of starting a WTB thread for one of these in BB. It looks very clean, and very true to the car's original lines - moreso than the MS kit IMO.



PS I nut my pants when I saw that interior pic. That interior just screams "DRIVE ME!!!" like all RX-8s should :D
