Pics of my Yellow AP with front mud guards

I don't know anyone who has both the Appearance package and the front mud guards (oh, and clear corners). I ordered the guards from Trussville on Weds and put them on Saturday morning.

I think it really completes the look versus the Appearance Package alone. $74.10 well spent.

Ps. I only had to wait 8 months for my car. It was worth it.

Since mazda says you can't do it, I didn't think it could be done.....so WOW nice look......now all you gotta do is paint the car another color!!!!!! Black would be nice.

I picked yellow so I could actually go out driving it.

Enjoy washing your black every couple of days .

YOUR YELLOW RX8 ROCKS , LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE .

Good choice of background , clear lenses are standard in oz.

First time I've seen the from splash gaurds. Your yellow is very nice, I would have done the same if it had black/yellow interior.

commendable color choice =) i love my yellow too. tho the only thing i've added is the fender strakes, no appearance package, mud guards or spoiler...your car looks very different from mine =p

not to hijack your thread, but i've noticed you have the clear side markers, i'm still on the fence about that for mine, the orange markers blend in pretty well with the yellow.

The car has totally different look with the appearance package, much more agressive and not as cute. I will probably get the strakes but they aren't cheap considering there isn't much to them. That is the only reason I haven't bought them already.

The JDM side markers actually have different shape to them. They actually bulge out a little more and send a lot of light backwards. They are pretty cool. Yellow is the only color car that there is any decision on; every other color car clearly needs the clear corners IMO. On the yellow, it is more of just personal preference.

i still don't like this car in yellow but it definitely looks better with the appearance package and spoiler than without.

..is their any reason to argue over colors, everyone has their own taste. Anyway, the RX8 looks good in all colors - I think :-)

I'm got my yellow 8 not to long ago. The mazda speed package is going to be put on the car by next summer if all goes well. I'm getting it done for free becasue it's going to be in a couple car shows.

Cheers

Daayyumm! I was almost blinded by your pictures .

Very nice. The mudguards do make the car look better. I like the front skirt but I still preferred the full sideskirts over the the half one that comes with the AP.

I like it . What's it like to fit them? Is there any drilling involved?

the front and back bumpers shouldn't have any drilling required
the side skirts would need drilling to line them up I would imagine
