i dont think they look bad at all, i am with everyone else, as long as you lower your car and get some wheels and a kit, i think the car could look awesome. If i had the money i would throw a set of LSD doors on, but keep up the work.

New question: If the RX8 sold like a Honda Civic/Toyota Camry, and everyone you knew had one, would you still have bought it?

Answer: Hell f*cking no,
Reasons i bought my 8-
1:Rare styling-Fenders,Hood,Interior
2:Winning Blue is even more rare
3:Suicide rear doors with the coupe look that blows everyones mind when i open them.
4:I have a daughter so 4 seater is not bad
5:The handling on this thing is awesome
6:All around you get more than what you pay for. (they could have threw in a turbo )

They look like they were cleanly done, but I'm not a fan of those kind of doors. Having said that....they look kind of difficult to get into...how difficult is it to get into your car?

The reason people bash the "lambo door" mod is because it is seriously played out by honda's/acura's/yourstereotypicalricer and it has made them unattractive to most. If the 8 came with it, I would have to see it in person before I could make a decision...but I think it would look a little weird.

those look good. Can you get in and out without throwing them up? I had a set on my honda prelude and it was a cheap kit and put on very lazily by the shop. as i found out later. I had to put them up ever time I got in and out of the car. After about 6 months of having them the bolts started getting loose and the door was rocking back and forth and it would close right. It was a nightmare. I would get them again just not that kit and definately not that shop to put them on. I hope you dont have that same problem. Like i said it looks sharp.

I have 3 words for you: clear corners.
Single best cosmetic upgrade you can make, in my opinion. I don't care one way or another on the lambo style doors. Personally, I think it'd be more hassle than it's worth, and I'd rather spend my money on an exhaust/drop/sways/etc. But, if you like 'em, that is all that matters.

Its harder and takes longer too because you have to be careful opening and shutting them making sure theyre not rubbing anywhere and the door is still aligned properly everytime you shut the door otherwise it will hit and chip away. They sag in short time and need to be adjusted a lot. Good luck with that.
