Painting my wheels black

I have a 2009 Mazda RX8 Sport, and It's black with tinted windows. I was wondering if I should paint my rims black. If I should, where are places where I can get them professionally painted? I have also heard that you can use plasti dip, has anyone used it before? If so how did you like it and do you recommend it?

Any local body/ paint shop could do it really don't know how much it would cost though, you should do research at the local places

Ive done plasti dip on my gti rims. its looks pretty clean and cost me bout $30 for all 4 rims. takes a little while because you need to let it dry and stuff but i didnt even tape anything off just cleaned the rim with tire on it and just let it dry and started spraying. Heres a pic of it off the car.
