Painting Emblem Help/Question (not found in any other searched thread)

ok, so ive been doing alot of research on how to paint your emblems without them looking like crap. I have all the steps and everything else down. However, everyone used crappy tape and whatnot to put the emblems back on....does anyone know what type of glue the emblems have on them from the factory??? Seems much smarter to use that glue again to put them back on.

Plasti dip is the way to go easy and you don't have to take any emblems off..

I just removed my emblem to make it the flying M, I used the tape that was on it and the two prongs to hold it on after cutting it and painting it pearl black
