Painted Stock Exhaust Tips [Pics]
Well, I decided to hold off on buying a new exhaust until next spring; so I went ahead and gave my stock exhaust a little bit of my own twist. My car is all black and grey, might as well get rid of any extra shiny silver. I think they go well with my painted badges.
and then a couple more pics- just for fun.
Lemme know what you think...

hahaha, next time; i'll get more mods before i put up a thread. Just doing some little things now... will buy some new parts in the spring. No point buying big parts now just to have them corrode through winter. But yeah... they're just painted exhaust tips... posted pics in case somebody wanted an idea about how they looked. ** the stickers - Autocross organization in my area "nora racing"= northern ohio racing association... they do a good job with auto-x events, figured i might slap one of their stickers on the car [ they DO come off ya know].. haha.

Tips painted only for aesthetic reasons... I think they look good.

I think they look good too. At least you tried something origional. Not many people do that, most on here like the ssame wheels, the same kits, and its refreshing to at least see something different.
As for the sticker, I agree with you, it comes off. Peoples obssesion about not having stickers is rediculous(spelling?). It.s not like you have vinyl graphics all over the car, you have a simple sticker on the front, and it looks good.
Keep it up, and dont get down.

wooot, lots of feedback. Yeah, its high temp paint- it's actually engine paint that I found at auto zone. Semi-gloss black. Yeah, those are stickers covering the holes... *sigh*... stickers rock when you're on a budget. Being on a budget is good though, it makes you look at all the little details... like exhaust tips and badges... things that i'd probably overlook if I had more $$.
** the car's not being weighed down... its just the angle.
** to XDEEDUBBX: haha, no need to defend yourself man... I respect your opinion and love your car.

I think the badges looked better before they were painted.
