It's made of a piece of refrigerator magnet and some chrome fender trim from Pep Boys I think...

I like how the auction owner states something like "some people have told me they got more power and better gas mileage after installing these, but I think they are kidding me". Thats rad! Im going to order 10 sets, so my car will finally have 400HP and get 87MPG

How about the inverse? A rotary accent kit that fits bmws?

personally i was planning on doing a cat-back... with gains of 2-3 hp?! that is ludacris! i can get these things for huge gains! i'm going with the cheap ****!
