It's all BS and opinions at the moment.
untill someone actualy removes the pillar trim we don't know.

and for eveyone with the theory that the air bag causes the pillar trim to fly around have you stoped to think that the pillar trim is enough to kill you if it dose come loose? 200g of plastic traveling at 60km/h would probably kill you.

the thing is the bag isn't in the pillar it's in the roof. stop looking at the little SRS molding and take the thing apart.
