I have these also. The mirror orange 7440's are great, highly recomended. They are very bright compared to other stealth bulbs out there. The Xtreme White H11's didn't match the HIDs close enough so I traded them in for PIAA Xtreme Force H11s which are 4700K. Really like them.

I have the Piaa's for the small driving lights in the front, they match the factory HID lighting very well.

The orange is for the side markers right? I have white led and love the look of it. Does PIAA make bulbs for the high beam halogens on our cars? I would love to swap them as well as the fogs. Fogs seem pretty useless to me.

Update

well i was messing around with the fogs, and couldn't figure out how to get them loose. i can reach the back of them, but i can't seem to twist them out. is there anything i have to do to twist them? maybe it's just the horrible angle which i have to work with and can't get enough leverage. i then looked at the front turn signals and didn't want to mess with those so i decided to do the rears. i'll have to work on the front later, but for now here's some before and afters of the rear. the before pics kinda hide the orange look, but you know what i'm talking about.
Before, with dealer's decals and license frame:

After, decals and frame switched:
