If it was spotted like that, it was a cheap a$$ LED kit. A Neon kit would have been solid from end to end of the bulb. All US manufactured LED kits are spotted like that and look like A$$. If you want NEON, look at StreetGlow. If you want LED, look at ICELED iceled.co.uk They are way more expensive, but you get what you pay for. 2 million colors, perfect blending, a solid glow from end to end, and tons of control. You can take my word personally on the ICELED's. I have them, and am putting them on my 8.

Neon lights aren't ghetto. Ghetto is having 22" wheels on a 1st gen. Nissan Maxima. No wait. That's just tasteless.

Neon doesn't look that bad, but I think of it as useless accessories I'd rather be spending on real performance parts. To each his/her own.

I want a strobing red LED light in the front bumper area... ala KITT. :P And have some sort of external speaker making the KITT noise..."whoosh whoosh... whoosh whoosh.."

There is also a kit made by Varad that I had on my car that simulates 1000 different colors (so they say). It was pretty bright and had alot of different patterns and such, and they bled good enough to where you couldnt see the individual LED's on the ground. I took some short video clips of them to put on my website.

http://www.alphaelectronics.us/pd_varad.cfm

If you scroll down to the bottom you'll see about 8 or 9 short video clips that I took with my digital camera. Oh, and they are also coming out with a wireless remote for the kit soon too, should be pretty nice.
