Well, I just got a 04 sunlight silver rx8 GT. I love this car so far but I'm already starting to mod. First I want to go easy by just probably tinting windows and clear corners.

About how much does tinting cost and what's the legal amount? Also, where can I get clear corners and do I need to buy any bulbs or anything for them and am I able to install it myself? Let me know, thanks!

 

i think any tint in the front window are illegal, but you can limo tint rest the windown. you can buy clear corner from a lot website, most are around 70 dollar.

 

yea, tint of any percentage is illegal (on the front window). I have 38% all around on mine looks nice . Clear corners comes with bulbs, or you can use oem bulbs doesn't really matter, takes 5 minutes to install. Enjoy your car for a while, when you're tired of the way it looks or perform then get something new.

 

On the tinting, state laws differ, so you'll have to look it up for your own state. In Virginia, you can have a 3-inch tinted strip across the top of your windshield, but it can't have any lettering or pictures on it.

Cheapest, with no bulb - reuse your harness and clear bulb if it's not illegal in your state
