did you try calling them, I don't see any problems with them faxing it over or sending you directions over the net. Are their holes in your trunk already from the previous wing? If there is, it should be an easy install. Took me about 3 hours to do it w/out directions.

make sure the lower piece fit your trunk, I got one from somewhere else and the fitment is so bad, I could put a finger in it.

when you drill the trunk, put a sheet cover the opening then place a block of wood under the area you want to drill the holes, so when you go over it will not damage your trunk. and easy cleaning with the sheet.

should every screw/bolt have a regular washer and lock washer....IMO it would make sense but if thats the case, I am missing a couple....
can anyone advise me of their install??

I lost 2 or 3 of the washers when I was installing my wing and it turned out to be fine. I just check the screws every so often to make sure and nothing bad so far.
