Yeah mine are totally painted on, why spend like 80+ for some eyelids when I can just tape them up and spray em. Way easier. Haha.
mine got all scratched though from when I was puttin my bumper back on, so I give it the 12 foot angle rule, where it looks good from 12 feet and from a side. haha

 

i believe blue LED's are illegal.

any visible blue lighting is illegal in any state.

 

X8..can you PM me the process of baking your headlights open that you did? I'm doing this soon to clean up the inside and change my projector lens.

 

A+ on being creative but I actually don't like them... seems kinda tacky. JMO
