Hi all,

Just ordered my RX8, unfortunately I am going to have to wait until March for delivery as I have ordered Winning Blue.

Has anyone got a picture of winning blue with the Mazdaspeed kit on? Going to get it for mine, but want to know what it would look like when I get it.

I have done a search and the only one I have got back is blurred one taken on the freeway, or some bad photoshop efforts.

Really would like to see what this car looks like with full kit on.

Mazda Japan is coming out with a Mazdaspeed version of the RX-8 with all the Mazdaspeed parts on it.

If you decide to buy the kit, I will hook you up with a package deal. =)

I had seen that picture, but that is the Mutant Blue, I believe that it is going to be a Mazdaspeed special edition in Japan only next year?

I would love to see a pic of Winning Blue with the kit in normal conditions ie on the road or on a driveway.

Yeah, it's only in Japan. We don't get to have it in the US. At least for now there is no info on that.

Guys, I really wanna get a the mazdaspeed kit, but obviolsy I dun have the money to get the whole kit, its a wopping 4000 dollar something, so I was wonder if I just got the front spoiler, will the car look bad? Cause I notice that the appearance kit has a lower front end, but no side skirts on the car. Will it look super ugly without side skirts?

 

I think it will look awkward with the front but no sides...the front appears much lower, it will look like an overbite...just my opinion of course.

It all depends on you. My plan hopefully next summer is get me the MS front and back bumper; keeping the stock appearance sides on.

 

For those of you who have installed the MAZDASPEED body kit, I have a few questions:

* How long did you wait for the kit to arrived?
* How difficult was the fitting and installation?
* Which importer/dealer would you recommend?

Has anyone got this kit yet? I had a friend that got a knock off TRD kit for his Celica and it look perfect and was stronger than the TRD kit. I really want the MS kit, but don't want to pay the $5000 for it. I would love to hear if someone actually gets and installs this kit and hear they experience with painting and install. Let us know if your out there!

but KC RX8 bought a copy from rotaryextreme.com and he should have that on soon

You have two options: go through an importer to get the original (roughly $5000 delivered) or buy fiberglass clones (somewhat cheaper) from people like RotaryExtreme.

If you get OEM parts then you don't have to worry about fitting. If you buy a clone you'll have to sand, paint and possibly deal with fitment issues.

KC_RX8 has a full fiberglass kit from RotaryExtreme that he's in the process of installing. I have an OEM kit from JapanParts that's scheduled for arrival sometime next week. I'm sure both of us will post once they're completely installed with opinions and reviews.

I've also found that cork sport is also selling MAZDAPEED kits but their pricing seems to be a little more than JapanParts -- maybe they factor in the shipping cost???

I've called my local Mazda dealer today about the MS kit but they seem not to have clue about it.

I just wonder between the ings kit and the mazda speed kit which one is the more expensive and the price.

I know that for the ings is pretty easy to order one is the same for the mazdaspeed kit ? Do you have a page in english to order the mazdaspeed kit ?

anyone know if the costs on rotoryextreme's kits are painted not including the mazdaspeed kit for example the autoexe is 1100 bucks if thats not painted that is a ripoff.
