Not trying to speak for Jay but... I sent a PM to him a couple of days ago because there was a problem with the Burnout rear pieces I purchased from him about a month ago. He said he is going to send me a new set but he has to wait on more to be made. He estimated a week or 2 before they would be finished.

i used to only hear good things about you, but lately your customer service has been really crappy. i would like you order things from you in the future, but if things keep going the way they have been, i dont think that will be possible.

thank you for your reply, but your PM box being full wasn't even the main part. a friend of mine has been trying to contact you for quite a while and it seems like you've been ignoring him... you've had his money since december 06 and he still does not have his product
if it is fender vents.. I have made it clear on the thread. I can give full refund. I beleive I have answer to all PMs about the vents. If I missed it, I'm very sorry. New vent is coming out soon. So I hope everyone will be happy.

Any updates Jay? I email you the pictures already, if you did not receive them, I can post them here. Obviously I am not the only one received an un-matching pair of rear skirts.
