installing aero flares

just bought some nordic green aero flares from someone on this board
and i've seen that they have the simple 4 holes, if i can lift the car is it simple to put bolt them on myself without takin them to the dealer. if anyone has done it them selfs or knows pm or just let me know on here.

Side or rear? Just have a body shop do it somewhere.

Supposedly you can affix them without using the screws with enough well placed 3M automotive double sided adhesive tape.

I did mine myself, and to be honest it was the trickiest of all the mods I have done to my car. You have to drill holes along the side and they have to line up pretty well or it will not pop on. I did the passenger side first and had to use a little force because they weren't perfectly aligned....the driver side went much smoother when I realized the importance of being precise.

anyone let a dealer put these on? i don't trust any of the body shops near me. should i trust a dealer to do this properly? i don't trust myself.

drill + car = oops.

alternatively, do any central florida people have a shop to recommend?

im gonna ask a dealer what there price is to do this. i put the front lip on last weekend...ended up drilling 3 more holes than i needed to...so im not going to risk it with these.

I installed myself and used 3M tape. I did drill the 1 hole in the wheel well, so the aero flares are held on with that screw and the clips along the bottom. Instead of drilling the 4 holes in the side of my car I used a big square of 3M on each of the tabs. Holding fine so far.
