Installed fornt air dam - color doesn't match!!!

SInce my stock front airdam got killed, I decided to replace it with a Mazda appearance kit airdam. The color (titanium) seems much lighter than the rest of the body.

I noticed a pic here from Omicrons car- and to me it looks lighter as well.

Any thoughts?

(see Omicron's page to see his titanium - his airdam looks lighter as well)

how long have you had your car? The longer you have your car, the paint will start to fade a slight bit... and it will not match what it was originally. That's what happens when you add body kit stuff after a few years of owning a car... the color may not match.

The airdam is lighter than the rest of the car- I've seen several Ti's with airdam since then and they all appear to be lighter.

unfortunately silver and Ti and many other lighter colours are very hard to get exact colour match, especially if the item is pre-painted from the factory.
best bet is trying to get the supplier to pay for the colour matching from your local body shop.
