INGs+1 and Veilside D1 GT at last
Finally had a dry night and got the bumper installed. Very happy with the end result. Enjoy. More pics to follow after a wash and wax.

Looks sweet. congrats! I'm a bigger fan of the INGS+1 sides, but the Veilsides matched up nicely.
MS kit? OR... INGS+1... FEED? Hard to pick which is my favorite kit. AutoExe rates pretty high up there too.

It will do for now, ties in the lines from the skirts to the rear, but could be a bit lower! The only other option is the Run Racing rear spats, quite like them - none of the rest appeal much.
PS. The chrome handles were an experiment, I don't like, so they will be removed soon - too bling! LOL

And everyone is entitled to their opinion Rev
I'm thinking that the air vent fins may be too much, may look better without them...
Always thought the front of the 8 looked a bit cutesy from certain angles, hence adding the kit - but hey, thats just my opinion too - afterall as I've said elsewhere in the forum, if we all didn't like the basic lines of the car we wouldn't have bought it !

Orbist - well done, your car looks great and i think you've got the first 8 in the UK with a kit. Funnily enough i'm also in southampton, but i haven't seen your car around anywhere, i'm sure i would blow my load if i did tho.
Check out this months REV's and Total Car Audio, i think they're the first two mags over here to have an RX8 feature. It's about time!

I think its one of the first non-MazdaSpeed kits in the UK, and is definitely the first INGs in the UK.

Thanks. Ground clearance is fine, been over lots of speed bumps - slowly - and not had any problems. Also been into a few multi-storey car parks with pretty steep up and down ramps and not had any problem.
The INGs front is about 1/2 inch lower than stock, but it does stick out further, where the stock bumper curves inwards.
The rear of the Veilside skirts have taken one scrape so far, had a friend in the back and went over a nasty speed bump and its scraped a bit of the paint from the underside.
So as long as you don't go over speed bumps with people in the back the kit on the whole is fine.
Stock ride height btw, not lowered at all.
