My RX-8's wheels are about to be powder coated black and I am looking for this stripe kit here in the States. Anyone got a lead on these?

I was searching for it and cannot find one in the U.S.

Anyway, why not just ask any specialty shops that does this kind of stuffs to make one for you...

 

That stripe is *almost* the euro "Sport Pack" stripe... but not quite...

I have a Flexi file for the euro stripe that I made for my cars...

You should be able to take the file to any sign shop and have them cut, weed and premask it for you in any color you choose for cost of vinyl plus half hours labour.
It is laid out to be cut onto 48" of 20" (or wider) vinyl.

The Zip file contains a ".fs" file for FlexiSign/FlexiStudio version 7 or higher and an ".eps" file for any software that can handle encapsulated postscript.

I have to say...at least he's not putting mustang racing stripes on his hood...I've seen it--tacky

 

I decided not do anything. The car looks fine as is. Sometimes I want to shake things up a bit.

 

Good choice... keep it clean man... know what you mean fella... sometimes look at mine and WANT to do something and that's when you can push styling over the edge... I'm just waiting on petit racing to sort the super charger thing and I'll be getting one myself. Bodywide, not much I'd want to do... sure I'll find something lol.

 

I was going to get the rims powder coated black but there are just too many silver tie ins on the front and back lights. So I will stick with silver.

 

although it does look nice, dont you think it screams out FORD, i know ford owns mazda but i like my car to be as little american as possible.
