the springs are stock... hmm so the only thing that wont effect the handling is that 3k+ variable ride heigh suspension kit ontop of coil overs...?

op why dont you just post a picture of your car because stock spring and a bodykit shouldn't make your car soooooo low you cant drive into a driveway......

Go with coilovers. As previously mentioned you can adjust your height for track days or daily driving with coilovers. Hydraulic lift kits are pricey and will add alot of weight to the car which could and most likely will effect the drivability of the car.

That KW kit is hot. I have seen similar kits on Ferrari's. $3,000.00 is nothing when you are driving a $200,000.00 car though.

Well, if you're not even lowered then this probably isn't going to help you much. I would guess that most coilovers aren't going to allow you to adjust much higher than the stock suspension, so the VRH kit is going to put about where you are now in its raised state. I'd advise you to take your body kit off or sell your car and get a truck. Sorry, man, you're SOL.

I'm all for air ride. But on the appropriate platform. I had a bagged mazda b2200 that I did myself and the thing would hop of the ground with the 1/2 valves. I just don't see the appeal of doing this to an RX8 though. Wouldn't that completely destroy the cars handling performance?

I... can't find words. I never thought I'd see an RX-8 do that.
