^ Depends. If it's an '09 it's different. Slide the light towards the rear of the vehicle and twist. Clockwise on driver, counterclockwise on passenger.
All this information should be in your owner's manual. If you don't have it, you can download it from Mazda.

By "side lights" do you mean the corner lights in front of your front wheels? If so, you do not need to remove your bumper or anything, it's actually pretty quick and easy. Turn your front wheels to the direction opposite the side you're trying to access, pop out a few of those black screw cap things so you can pull back the wheel well liner to access the light (1/4 turn ccw will pop them and then you just pull them out). Then there is a screw (on the inside of the bodywork) going straight up holding the corner assembly to the vehicle - remove that, and finally, there is a plastic tab on the rear of the assembly that also holds the assembly in, and you'll need to pop that out too. From there, it just slides out and you can pull the socket out and replace the bulb.
There is a DIY on how to do it as well, with some pictures that should explain. Check the DIY forum or do a search for it.
