that is one incredible machine! i have a question about the hood though... My RX is daily driven, when it rains, how bad does it get in your engine bay? Does it affect anything vital or does it affect the appearance in the engine bay?... both?... I have been trying to decide on what type of hood to get for a few weeks now, ive got the body kit on the way, and now im ready to order a hood but, like i said... how does the openings do in the rain?

Thanks! My 8 is daily driven too, and I don't have a garage so that was a concern to me as well, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. I don't know if it's because the metal grating on the air vents forms bubbles from water or what, but I haven't noticed much water getting into the engine bay. I did keep my engine cover on even after I got my new intake just in case, but thus far no problems.

Wow, so when I first opened this thread and seen that giant spoiler you wanted to put on your car I instantly thought it was a bad idea and would just look horrible, But I think it looks great from your posted pics!!

Thanks! I've had a lot of compliments on it actually. The last rx8club gtg I went to people got a chance to see it in person and everyone liked it. It's a lot more understated than you would expect. It's also more functional than you might think as well. I was surprised by the amount of downforce it gives.
