I know...you have to read my previous post to know I was showing what a mint blue lip spoiler looks like.

There is a reason the link was below "Evo-R CF lip"! Because that takes you to the evo-r picture

So I guess all lip spoilers are loosely based off each other?
Are all stancion loosely based spoilers based off each other?
No and No....

not really.

you would have to search on the whys as to the euro spoiler.. stancioned? huh?

the euro spoiler is or was available here. mazdaparts and finishline performance sold it.. well the other two copied it. with a bit shorter lip.. this is not a fight, it is what it is!

beers

i think we are missing the point in text..

the euro one is the only one that has been tested for down force. it was mandated for late 04 and was retrofited to the ones before. i think that is right..

as to the r magic. dont recall. the evo r came out way later..

the point i make is proven down force. i think it made 10 lbs. it was more about killing lift.

i think the r magic and evo r might make a little. but there is a reason the euro lip is longer!

i was the one asking about the downforce, ok so the real question is where would i be able to get the lip with the better downforce??? the euro one or the RMagic...or EVO i guess... which is the best???

10lbs seems alot for a little lip, im not argueing just seems lips are for reducing drag by pushing the boundary layers out further past the turbulant layers of drag produced by the trunk or other wise known as wake...
As for the word its stanchion, a wing that is stood up more or less, it can be the end pieces like on a Evo9 or the 8s RMagic wing or stands underneath the wing like the MS wing,,, the polished backets that hold the wing element in place are stanchions

anyway me tired,,,

6 year bump

So I still have the spoiler but you would not want it. I originally bought to cut it up and reshape it into a design. Let's just say my custom touches did not work out so well
