H.I.D. fogs not working!
I just put in my H.I.D. fogs and when i went to turn them on nothing happened. I went back and connected everything again and still nothing. I used gloves when putting the bulbs in so i didnt touch them. Anyone have problems with their fogs too? And also couldn't get out the rear 194 bulb to replace with an L.E.D. from superbrightleds.com. I tried wiggling it out without breaking or bending the contacts, maybe its just too cold to take out and my hands are being retarded its like 28 degrees out lol. Any tips on how to get it out?

They are real HIDs, but i'm gonna check them with my battery as soon as it warms up out a little out, but i heard that if they don't light up i need a wiring harness in order for it to work. But some people say theirs are just as simple as plug and play.

Tested them with my battery and they lit up, i also checked the fuse for the fogs and the connection is fine. Maybe I'm just not getting enough power from my stock wiring harness to the ballasts. So is my last option to buy an H11 wire harness? I read that when you use a wire harness to attach HIDs that it still uses the stock fog switch to turn them on an off?

Look for an H11 relay harness. This way the ballasts are connected directly to the battery, and the stock harness is only used as a switch. This will be direct plug n play as well, only you wont risk frying your stock fog wires in the long run. Yes you will be able to use the turn stalk to operate them.

I second Onyx's solution. Never run power for HID's through a stock wiring harness not designed for HID's. If you're lucky, you'll only blow a fuse. If you're unlucky, you set your wiring harness on fire. use the stock wiring to trip a relay to turn them on.

i did my fog light to HID too (3000K), i got no problem, but the HID kit is actually has positive and negative connect , is easy to put the wrong side, just like the LED bulbs, just switch the connection of the Ballet then it should be fine, i installed mine
