I have to give a more thorough blue print for a precise estimate. so we will see how long it takes for me to perfect my design.

Im pretty curious how your goin from a extremely loose NFS screenshot to a Solidworks model. Are you using advanced surface modeling or are you buildoing a solid body??? What are you using to rip the dimensions off the 8, I use 3D scanners every day and the compound curves of the 8 are pretty difficult to capture and RE...

ya it is very hard. I def am having trouble with finding the measurements the correct fitments and such but the company im dealing with has already done rx8s so they have been helping me. other than that im just using my drafting andCAD experience to get the best I got. im struggling for sure. and im not sharing my drafts cus im using a private companies software to do it.

im not saying I have anything perfect but its a work in progress so we will see.

(went to college for engineering and mechanical and practical drafting. and work part time for a 3D design company. so its what I do on my down time

A lot of the wide body kit out there it doesn't seem to match the car. I think you should create yours to blend in the body lines.

Anybody know what their body kit is called?

I've been searching for days and has just come to the conclusion that it' could be custom. It's on an 8 in Belgium. I'm about to buy a body kit if I can find one I truly like. I'm about to have an engine built from mazmart in a few weeks and have a bunch of upgrades done to it as soon as I get it back. This is the body kit I want but can't find the freakin thing anywhere lol

Rocket Bunny

Hey all! I know the rocket bunny kit states that the kit is for a series 2 8, but I would like to know if the wife fenders will fit a series 1 since it’s seems that the only differences in the body of the two are the front and rear bumpers along with the head/tail lamps. Thank you in adavanced!
