Front Rotary Accent Installation Help

I searched for this but im not too sure what the piece im trying to replace is called. Basically i just got a rotary accent that came with the black plastic piece it attaches to and im having trouble removing the one from my car to replace it. Does anyone know if its possible to remove this piece and putting my new one in without jacking up the car ? So far i have the 8 (or so) bolts at the bottom removed and i cant seem to remove the 4 fasteners at the back. Can anyone help me with this

Thanks

Do you mean the front air dam? It goes right below the front bumper and is the same color if the car.

Are you installing the OE air damn and trying to remove the black plastic spoiler that goes under the front of the bumper?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Basically I'm trying to switch front spoilers. I bought one with the front rotary accent and I wanna switch my front spoiler and replace it with the one that has the rotary accent and cannot figure out how to take mine out.

I'm not sure but I would remove the front bumper and take a look behind it to see exactly what you need to do to remove the remaining plastic fasteners.
