Front Rotary Accent Install PAIN IN MY ***

Well, if by installing we mean pushing it into place, then yes, I just installed my front rotary accent.

I don't know if I did it wrong, or if my lip is screwed up and sagging or what, but the accent has a bunch of space between the top of the accent and the bumper. Honestly, it looks somewhat ghetto if I'm on the ground looking at it. Who the hell knows why ANYONE other than me or some other OCD ******* would be on the ground inspecting the visual gap between the rotary accent and the bumper, but goddammit *I* notice it.

Of course, once you stick it on there really is no way of taking it back off. Well, you can if you do it quick enough, which is what I did. But after the second or third try, it still turned out the same. Which leads me to believe that my front lip/air dam thingy is sagging a bit, or at least wasn't installed so that it was as tight as it could be. I dunno.

I'll try to snap a pic tomorrow morning and show you guys what I'm talking about. In the meantime, anyone else have a similar experience with theirs? I'm thinking I want to remove it again somehow (the adhesive is really really strong) and give it another go with some new double sided adhesive....

when I had my stock bumper, it sat pretty well, went right in without any major gap on top or bottom, im not sure what happened to yours though, ive never heard of a front accent not fitting well

there will be some gaps, just push it down so they're at the top. I'm pretty sure it's designed this way so that if hit something with your front lip it doesnt push up the whole assembly.

If it is parked, it should sit flush at the top but of course can be pulled down a little by hand. It needs to flex a little bit to account for driving.
