I've been looking for pictures, photoshops, and opinions of and about installing only the front and rear splash guards. I won't be getting the front air dam, but I think the subtle style and functionality of the splash guards will suit me well (not to mention they're easier on the wallet). The problem is that all the pictures I've found are people who have the appearance package installed with the guards (with the exception of tigerlee who has a black 8 which makes it difficult to form any opinion). Does anyone have some sort of opinion or picture on how an 8 looks with only the front and read splash guards installed? The other rx8 site had something a while ago, but I think it has pretty much been bastardized as the link is dead. Thanks in advance guys.

 

I have the front "splash guards" and the larger ones (I forget what they call 'em!) at the back, I will take a pic when I get the car washed (I really can't let you see what it looks like right now, I'd be banned for sure....)

You apparently didn't do a search for splash guards and glassetcher at the same time! How could you possibly miss that combination! (just kidding)

I did just that, added the front and rear splash guards and loved them. I later also added the side aero flares. Still haven't done the fornt air dam. Here's some pics.

Thanks guys for the pictures, they gave me a better impression on what the guards would look like on my 8. I placed an order with Rosenthal this past Saturday. They had both items in stock and had a pretty good discount.
