what kind of bulb is that mattvit? got a link?

I still stand by my recommendation of the hoen-usa bulbs. I've convinced at least 10-20 members into getting them and NONE have ever had complaints.
(damn, those guys should pay me royalties... )

here is the link.... http://www.eurodezigns.com. i bought a set off ebay and put them in my mom's car (mazda 3) they are good quality the insides look exactly like the stock Philips bulbs, compared to the **** ones i got from autolumination that didnt even work (dont even get me started on that). but anyways the color is exactly HID too. just wondering if anyone has tried them in general, or on the 8

I'm not sure about the eurodezigns bulbs either... but I just installed the Hoen H11 bulbs for the fogs, and I got a set of V-LED refractor leds for the side markers. The Hoens seem to be exactly the same as my previous ones, from EuropeanAUTOSPORT, which isn't a bad thing. The are much closer in color to the HIDs, but of course they're still no brighter than stock. The refractors leds are great! Very bright white, with only a slight hint of bluish color. I also got the super white 5-led from V-LED, for my parking lights. I'll be putting them in soon, but does anyone know if they match the refractor bulb color?

Uhhhhhhhh...........make that 21 because I just got a set HOEN's and will be putting them in shortly(actually bought two sets at the same time).
Also bought a 10 pack of bright white led's, a 10 pack of bright blue led's, a couple of bright white refractor led's, and a couple of bright blue refractor led's. All from V-LED. Have put some of the led's in already and am very pleased.

haha, it's awesome to see everyone getting the hoen-usa bulbs. I'm a huge fan of them.

It's all thanks to that famous picture Wing5 took of my car (the one on the previous page). You guys have no idea how many PM or emails I get because of it.

nope. Mattvit, I don't konw why you keep messing around with different bulbs, just take our word on the hoen's and the vled bulbs. You won't be disappointed.

I have LITERALLY spent a few hundred dollars on LED's and these are the ones I've found to be the best.

They were on backorder when I first saw them and I typically prefer the look of LEDs.
Good question though...someone should try them out and report back.

I did the swap to Hoen Xenonmatch. Although not an exact match to the HIDs, they look far and away better than the stock bulbs. A good mod for $30 bucks.

It was a bit of a hassle...I have chronicled and made some suggestion and added them to the DIY thread on it. I also have some daytime pics attached.

Do you guys think that installing the Hoen Xeonmatch plus lights would cause any problems. They apparently have 80W of power compared to the xeonmatch which has 55W. I dont think it would cause any problems other than excessive drain of the battery.

Are you sure of that because they sell them as fog lights and they say that all you need is the heavy duty wire harness along with the bulbs.
