That kit would work....I think the wing is a little too big though. I would go with a smaller one, like the MS. (Sorry I'm a MS fan.) But the rest would definitely look cool flat.

You don't need an outlandish kit like Veilside one to make it work. I think matte black looks good on any car with a naturally aggressive stance, especially flared fender arches (which we already got). Check the first pic of the M5 for instance.

Personally though, I'd try a Matte White vinyl job

You're a n00b if you paint your car flat black. People who have a flat black paint scheme on their car is in fact, not painted, it is a flat black vinyl. 9/10 flat black cars are wrapped in vinyl.

I give you three months at most with a flat black paint job before you go "ewww". If you don't know why then research it.

Actually, I'm feeling nice, let me tell you why.

Bird crap gets stuck to the flat black paint, it will never come off, even after clay barring, flat black is very easy to get stuff stuck onto it, and you can not wash flat black unless you have special chemicals for it.

Well, if you do paint it, good luck to you, keep us posted on how you are going to maintain the flat black paint scheme.

Hm if i understand correctly the flatness is not caused by the black paint but the clear coat that is sprayed over top of it. And from what others are telling me you can wash and wax it just like any other paint job. And im extremely sorry that what IM doing with MY car hurts you so much that you must resort to childish jokes and flaming. Chill out dude, you do you and ill do me.

If i had said i wanted to get my car matte white using vinyl, everyone would have been saying how matte black works better and paint is better than vinyl. lol.

Now clear coats are high gloss. So you'll have to add a flattening agent into the clear. When your done you'll have a Satin Black car. With all the characteristics of a normal High Gloss paint job. You'll be able to wash and wax the same as any other High Gloss clear coated car.
Just remember that if your doing additional colors and they have to be clear coated they will be Satin also. Unless you mask them separate and shoot them with High Gloss. Also remember if you do that you will have paint edges between the colors.

I guess hes a liar tho...........

It seems like anyone with new, or unique ideas for their car gets shot down and flamed like crazy, im not just talking about me, ive seen the same few people flame others that have any kind of individuality. Maybe thats why all you guys cars look the exact same tho. I can prolly sum up about 90% of the community. Stock color, MS body kit, Tien S Techs, tinted windows, and 5 spoke aluminum finish wheels.
