I'm not surprised. He's jimmied his flawed design to try to make it work. It's obviously showing that it's not working. Were you one of the 10 he sold to this past month?

I use crazy glude to hold down those fibers. If you need more fiber just use tissue paper mix with crazy glude will hold it strong.

I saw these CF vents on Phil's car tonight and they look great. Fitment is great! I give about a 9 out of 10. I saw a small gap in the center part of the vents..

Like I said... new version fits great and all are happy. If you try to work on them they will fit fine.

Jay, all the 'working on' stuff is supposed to be done by YOU, the SELLER, *BEFORE* you sell them to US, the BUYERS.

1x1 plain waave vents. Rear brackets are pre install. With these brackets, vent are much easier to put on now.

did you look past how easily they attach and put the R&D on them to see if they STAY PUT as time goes on? The zip ties appeared to work in the beginning and then a month later they fell apart.

I had them on my 8 for over 2 months already. Going to switch to the one with Titanium mash in 1x1 wave this week.

But good luck with EVO R's customer service, plenty of bad guy threads. What's up Phil?!! Hope you are doing well.

My rotaryFX fender vents just started chipping and cracking, they are with my paint guy as we speak getting refinished. They are several years old though. But a lot of the stuff they sell is cheap crap so I was surprised they held up this long actually.
