becarefull the sidevents he sent me dont fit each side is different in size just shows how bad the product is, also he doesnt respond to emails so i recomend not to buy anything off this guy he will indeed rip you off. if your lucky enough to actually get a good product then consider youself lucky. search around this form you will see that many people has had problems with this guy. i attached pictures to show the qulity of the product just becareful purchasing off him because paypal will do nothing to help eather because it was not purchased of ebay. if you have money to throw away then take the chance and buy off a scam artist. but if you dont have money to throw away spend the extra $100 and get a product that fits, remember you have to paint these vents too IF and a big IF they fit 75$ to paint so even IF the vents do fit your only looking to save $30 also palstic and not fiberglass your looking to save $0. but anyways here is pictures to show everyone how useless his products are.

i have to agree with you. I sent him an email saying how dissatisfied I was with the product, and he has yet to reply.

Besides not fitting well (there were huge gaps at the top and bottom between the vent and the car frame) and the ghetto plastic ties that are the only means to attach them to your car, my BIGGEST issue was that these ties are attached to the mesh which cannot support the stress of keeping the vent taught to the car...whereas they CAME OFF THE PLASTIC OF THE VENT.

I tried reglueing the mesh to the plastic, but it does not hold. the fact that the mesh doesn't hold to the plastic makes them ABSOLUTELY USELESS if I can't attach them to the friggin' car.

Price of the vents = $110
Price to paint = $100
TOTAL WASTED = $220 and hours of stress and frustration

Do NOT buy these vents. They look good online, but the fitment quality and the way they attach to the car are nothing short of laughable.

I repeat, DO NOT buy these vents. You will waste your money.

I was just about to post my pics....same story here.... except one of mine fell off within 8 hours after I installed it, and this was the day before I went to California for Seven Stock X. I was SO fricking pissed. I replaced it with the stock one and left the right side one on for the show. By the time I had driven the 1000 mile round trip, 2 of the three vents had pulled away and that one was falling off. It was a pain to put them on, I had them painted, and then they fell off right before the biggest RX-8 event of the year.... yea, not happy at all..... pics to come.

Here are the photos of mine, left one went bye bye first, then a few days later the right one gave way.

It's back to the ugly stockers for now, until EVO-R hopefully does us right. I am glad he is on here already, and has admitted to the problems.

The rear lip CF spoiler is 100% perfect, so I know you will have a solution for us on the vents.

Okay, no more hooking upi to the mash. I got some plastic brackets melted to the plastic vents. Now 'll offer longer zip tie for easier install. Check out full tank of gas on a RC car hang on the plastic hook. I think this it strong enough.

have you tried this on an actual car? i am curious if having the hooks on one side will make the vent uneven from being pulled tight on one side.

i still feel that your customer service has not been good, and the product seems very far from being where it should be, but i gotta say i admire that you keep on trying despite all that has happened with these vents.

Reading from Au-to Bahn. Installaer have to find a balance pulling point to keep the vent been pulled evenly. You can see how they hook up the ties in a loop first. Then have zip tie pull it in 2 directions. This mean need 9 ties per side.

yes, i agree there has to be a balance. but 9 per side? i could see six per side, 2 at the top, middle and bottom, but 9? where do they all sit on the vent?

tying 3 ties was a pain the *** before...i had scrapes on my hand and arm for 2 days. i guess i'll have to multiply that by 3.

Sounds like they need to be re-enginered.

there has to be a way to get clips on either side of the vent similar to the way the stockers clip into place.
