this is turning into a DIY that I'm looking forward to. I tried to buy a set of the KEI's but it fell through. Didn't even attempt to make my own. Depending on how this goes it might get done to mine. Good luck. No pressure.

I may do a DIY on it...the main thing im worried about is getting it lined up perfectly...i may just over exaggerate the edges on the upper part and just razor blade it off...idk, but they r going to be fatter than the kei office ones on the blinker side... I'm going to make my own template and then incorporate the kei office style with it and have a cut out around the projector ring bc i eventually want to put in angel eyes and i dont want to cover that up

ok ive been doing some editing to the pattern and i am almost done with it, I havent been able to work on it much but i will get it done soon guys! Just a quick question, who thinks it would look bad if the parking light was half covered? I am extending the end all the way down and it is cutting off half the parking light it looks like? keep it or trim the excess off the eyelid?

Here is a picture of the pattern so far. All the tape is from modifying it. I go outside to fit it and then come back inside and add or subtract peices from it.

covering the parking light a little probably is bad, a lot of eyelids do.

on your pattern there is a dip in the middle, near that mass of tape, is that intentional? it would probably look better if the line flowed straight across there, imo.

I made some vinyl eyelids in about 20 mins couple weeks ago. I got some thick vinyl, light doesn't go through at all.

The dip is there bc i want the projector to be seen because eventually I want to put in angel eyes and I want to be able to see all of it lol, but idk i may take it out...my lids are really fat though like they cover all the way down to the first bar where the blinkers are...idk im not done with it yet

I like yours! My vinyl is def not going to bleed light. I just want to get these perfect and like others but to stand out at the same time, also I never have any time to work on them bc i work all day...also what K HIDs are those?

They look really good actually, better than what I expected, no offense. I would make them the same color of my car though, but honestly the CF looks pretty good. Also having the eyelids go all the down to the bottom of the lens was a great idea since the real KEIs don't.

Good job! I'll take a pair of white. Thanks! lol

i think they look great!
my only comment, and its very minor, is the the outside corner looks to droop down a little bit in the first pic, the third it doesnt look that way. but like i said looks great!

Are you going to put this pattern up online as a download? That would be badass.

Thank you very much!! I designed them to go up a little for the high beams...and as for the color yeah it does look a little weird and it stands out but oh well. I will try to put the design up on here so ppl can use it. Idk how I will manage to do that but I'll try. Thanks again!

I am going to be doing a DIY on the eyelids, I just need to scan in my eyelids. I cut the vinyl long on the end so I wouldnt be shorted on material and then just trimmed it alonf the edge of the light and tucked the little bit of excess under the lense. I will post the link for it soon!
