Ebay spoiler

Does anyone have any knowledge of this spoiler?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Paint...em180219982984

It is only $79. Seems pretty cheap. Is it a waste of money?

havn't had experience w/ it however you seem to get what you pay for... normal spoilers are about 500-700 (for replicas) and about 900-1300 for oem type stuff from what i have seen

Eh I would say replicas are more like 200-400. You can buy an authentic Mazdaspeed spoiler from Rosenthal Mazda for under 600.

500-700 for replicas? Not for the OEM spoiler. The MazdaSpeed replicas might be that much, because they cost around $800 authentic. But the OEM spoilers only cost around $300. So replicas won't be that much.

I bought mine from a friend with another black 8. Paid $70 for it.

I was afraid of it before I bought our 2 RX-8s the same one. I have had mine on the VR for a year and it still looks great. My other 8 NG has had it for about 4 months no problem. Just make sure your good with drilling holes.

Just get the Mazdaspeed on Rosenthal's site.

They look so good! I could be wrong but I think the ebay one will be tough to fit not to mention the paint may not even match quite right.

ive ordered painted front mud guards and aero sides from ebay. fitament and color match was pretty good. If the paint is bad just get it repainted. it would still be cheaper then buying it from mazda
