It is called a window louver. Try searching it. There are quite a few threads on it. Not sure if they are sold or if it is something you have to have custom fabricated. They were big on mustangs and camaros back in the day.

seems rather pointless considering the window is up and the OE rear window can be opened. Using a flaired panel instead is less weight for a race application is all.

For $50 I'll cut one out of construction paper and glue it to your rear side windows with Elmer's glue

This is actually a full dry CF door by Revolution. They molded over the window as well.

Why.. whats the point. As if we dont have a large enough blindspot there, you want to remove a window and add a dry CF door that fyi if you would want to buy it would cost around 2500-5000 to one off, not to mention shipping from Japan.

Im not even sure if it even retains the safety features of the OEM door and is probably just a skin to reduce weight.

Last time I checked Revolution sells the inserts separate from the door bit they are like 1000 bucks for a pair.
