debadge question
any body shop. probably not cheap, i'd say a couple hundred but i forget. it was enough that i never did it. you could maybe get some filler stuff put in and cheap paint...but to really make it look good they'll have to fill, sand, and repaint the whole trunk as far as i know, so it's not cheap.
but yeah, google it and take them off yourself. fishing line, dental floss, hair dryer...whatever, it's not hard, just be patient so you don't scratch the trunk like i did (although if you getting the holes filled it won't matter what you scrape). actually, if you're going to get the holes filled, just have a shop do all of it, no reason to save them 5 minutes by debadging yourself.
if you going to remove them, paint them and put them back on...THAT you can do yourself easily.
sigh......

i was quoted $800 by a very good shop.
its cheaper to get an aftermarket hood, especially a used one for $300-400. then get it painted for $300-400.
and then you can sell your stock one. $200?

i bought plugs for mine. just go to lowes and find some plastic rivets and some spray paint and your done.
but i am having the holes filled because someone backed up into my car so it is technically free.
