Custom Front Grill. What Matercial?

So im looking to add a custom grill to the bottom of my 8 near the front on both sides of the front accent. What is teh best material i can get to use for a grill? im looking to go to either home depot or lowes for this purchase...material and range of prices would be greatly appreciated.
which metal wriing would be best for a ghetto/cheap grill yet very nice appearance? i would like it to be black just like the above stock grill.

Rx8strakes.com sells a screen fx kit. I purchased it from another member who was selling

Seems very durable and legit non-"ghetto"

Price is not that bad.

http://www.rx8strakes.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=299

they have a 36" by 6"
or 36" by 12"

get the larger for 25 bucks seems like an affordable grill

i think what he is referring to is that a majority of the users on this site wouldnt fab up something from home depot.....it seems to cheapen the look of the car with "honda type" of mods......most people will go the extra mile and actually save for decent mods

Those two terms dont belong in the same sentence,,, If you really want a legitimate look just be patient and wait until you can afford it...

Plenty of approaches in this thread:

Yes, I think there were some home-depot materials some folks have used. More important than where you get the material, is to be mindful of the airflow. Don't use something with tiny holes.
