Custom Eyelids

I began the process of making my own eyelids out of neither fiberglass nor carbon fiber. Its very easy to use and not too messy. It like the stuff a doctor puts on when you have a broken arm but a little weaker. Im trying to copy the EVO-R style eyelids. Ill post pics as soon as im done. And if you guys like it il post a DIY for all those who want to save money.

I did a shitty prototype of the eyelid, just need to wait till its dry and start sanding away and bondoing it. Then i need to find some matching spraypaint to match the yellow for my car! ANyone got any ideas what matches best and if i can get it at an autozone or pepboys ?

the best place to find a match would be the dealer. you can check the parts stores and see if they have a match. you could also look for a custom paint shop around you and get them to mix a can for you.

One place, good paint in a rattle can...paintscratch.com The paint they use is professional quality paint. I would like to know what exactly is the substance you are referring to made from. There are many properties to substances that need to be understood such as UV reactivity, weathering, ability to hold paint on it without the paint just chippnig off, etc...
