Custom Centermount Exhaust Coming Soon

Yeah yeah yeah I know people don't like all these "coming soon" threads, but I'm basically just doing a build thread for it.

Here is the plan.

I'll be using the Shine Auto Project KS-Style rear bumper and a Racing Beat Furai Muffler.

My buddy at the shop is still deciding on how to do the rear exhaust cutouts that come on the bumper originally.

Basically what is going to happen is I'm going to have my local exhaust guy bend me up a few tight mandrel bends to connect the midpipe to the RB muffler.

The big black section in the middle of the bumper is going to be cutout a little bit more than it already is and is going to be insulated and the muffler is going to exit through that middle section.

I've got it drawn up in my head and my body guy knows what I'm wanting, but he is tryin to draw up on how to execute this properly.

please please please make it a dual center exit, cuz i think a single center exit just look really wierd, even if its just dual tips it would look better, just my opinion

Using the RB Furai muffler, there is no possible way to fit 2 of them under the car. There is barely enough room to fit the one.

I've always thought a center exhaust could look neat if the bumper was dealt with properly. However I'd do it with 2 round outlets.

That is exactly what I'm shooting for, but after seeing the old exhaust cutouts covered up, I think I may leave them open and do something else with them.

But overall yes, that is the general idea I'm going for.

The machine guns would be cool, but I think that the cops wouldn't like it too much.

I like that stock rear bumper with the mesh over the factory holes covered.

Well I should know here in about 2-3 months. My body guy is playing around a few things with the rear bumper, so we'll see what he comes up with.

Check out the video in this post, not the RB muffler, but very similar.

Sevenstock, for a closer look at how big the exhaust really is, its pretty big i dunno if it will fit in the KS with a clean look. Ive thought of this when i took this pic at SS but how to mount the exhaust? Too much $$$ for all the Fab, the Muffler is $150-200 from racing beat.
edit: its pretty heavy. the rear fogs PS is not that bad of an idea with those style fogs.
