I love the look on a white 8. It looks nasty on black as well.

 

I'll bet this will look really clean on Nordic Green... The stock tails are a little flashy (and getting old) and I'd really like to try this. Where can I find your preferred brand of transparent red vinyl? I'll post picis whenever I get to try this out.

 

good cus i been wanting to see this done to a nordic green also.

 

I got a roll of it left over from when I had mine done. Probably 6' left in the roll. It's like 18" wide. Shoot me a pm if your interested. You can see a pic of my tails above.

 

how much of it was needed to cover the tails? and how much do you want for the roll?

You only need maybe a foot and a half for each lens. I have enough in the roll to do at least two sets of taillights. I'd sell it for $30 shipped. Let me know.

 

can you cut it in half and ship for $18 shipped to las vegas? then you can sell the other half to the other guy interested.

Which car is yours? I think i'm ready to pull the trigger on this one, but I want to look closely at your tails, and I didnt see that you had posted any pics...

Nice black and red light backing. It matches the rest of the red lights on the back.

i don't get it why when the car come with clear stock tail light, people want to change it to red or vice versa...

ps: anyway it does look good, but not with VR or Shinka color..

 

I hated the clear stock tails..at least on my WWP. They just look too much , in the words of Jeremy Clarkson "like something off a spaceship" . They do look better on a red or maybe blue 8 though

 

just got them off ebay. They look hotness in BB

 

They work to put them on is kinda hard. Lol took them to local tinting shop for them to do it. Will get the car back today after lunch. Ill post pics.

 

So they shop screwed it up. I had to eat the $$ on the vinyl.

Maybe Ill buy some extra tails and paint them.

 

Definitely planning doing this to my BB.

I'm really diggin' the carbon-fiber look on BB too.
