did you purposely make the katakana on the side of your car make almost no sense? (with the exception of kissu and iroppoi (which is weird also))

I had a lot of problem translating it... If you can do better I wouldn't mind going over it with you so it makes sense... If you have the time and/or the patience. I tried my best on it though...

I deff agree with you nuegen, vinyl should onnly be applied by a pro.

Id like to do the tails with vinyl because the vinyl protects the lenses which are already beginning to craze, weird!!! they've always brought in moisture, so one of them has silicon to keep water out. The water leaves residue

 

Yea its tough... I've done several headlights and tails and by far the rx8 was one of the hardest to do...

 

They have to be one of the worst designed tail lights ever made. period. props for your accomplishment~s with vinyl!

 

I think mazda must have done something right with the headlight & tails because no aftermarket company has made anything to replace them! Thanks bro... If I can ever help assist you on getting your tails wrapped just let me know!

 

I just wish they engineered them not to take in water and even little bugs or fix them outside the warranty.

Yup, my tails will look like frankenstein's ugly stepchild after I get done re-re-re-sealing them. Wish Mazda made it possible to -cleanly- swap the 09+ tails on the early gen's but where would be the fun in that?

god i want to do red tail lights for the more "o.e.m." look so bad but my 8 is nordic green and i dont want it to look like a christmas tree.

i think lightly smoked would look better on the nordic green but everyone smokes.

is there anyone who has pics of a nordic green with red tails? if so please please post them.
