I think this kit would look really good on a white RX8. I totally dig how subtle it is.

Anybody know who much something like this would run?

too subtle, the sides and rear look like they just glued some CF on and called it a day.

Its not that bad, the sides are nice.. but the front is too Subtle and the rear is just plain boring... and to make things worse they put in on a black car with aftermarket type R foglights..looks kinda cheezy with that type of fog lights.. just my two Lincolns.

 

it looks like just a small lip on the front? Basically an exteration of the factory apperance package. Too subtel IMO

I wonder if this lip could be mounted under OE appearance package front lip? If so then this lip would look better with the MS sides.

Anyone ever get a price for this lip?

 

Just did some google searches on this lip and they want $600+ which way too much.

 

I think this was misrepresented in the op or it's changed since then.

The op's has pictured (what is now called) the chargespeed carbon fiber lip and (maybe) hood kit.

here are pics (I think) of the chargespeed kit. i think it's pretty hot.

I like the dinstictive bodykits,so instead of the OEM package,i would choose bottom line kit except front lip and foglights.

 

I'm really thinking about purchasing the front and sides. I'm not a fan of the carbonfiber and was thinking about painting it WWP to match the rest of the car. What do you guys think?

 

personally i liked lip kit better, its subtle but the cool thing is most ppl will think its stock but to the trained eye its different, the new kit destroys the lines of the 8 with its right angles, and kind of reminds me of the black widow kits that old civics used to have, but that's just IMO

 

+1 I'm thinking about this lip kit in FRP. The black color would make it look even more like it came "stock" with the car.

Too bland... If I wanted just a lip I would get a lip and a stock appearance package, which I personally think is sexy...

This is like a lip, and a little tiny flap of CF on the rear bumper, and some 4x4 inspired slide bars for the side skirts...
