carbon fiber hoods

k, im looking to buy one, and ive found a couple and was wondering if anyone had bought one or could give me some suggestions? ive found these two on ebay, one is more expensive, but is it better?

cmon seriously for 9 dollars go for it what do u have to lose like 30 bucks for shipping and the product do it and post pics

Why is the hood only $9. Too good to be true.

expensive one <== For $494 plus $140 shipping, it oughta be made out of GOLD, not CF!

Why would you get a CF hood? It serves NO purpose other than looks (which isn't the reason you buy CF to begin with).

ok, i doubt it will end at $9, and someone on here bought the genesis one (less expensive) and they said they were impressed with it, so yea, i guess ill go with that one...true, performance wise there wont be proabably any gain, but last thing i need is more tickets, so im just making the car look good right now, besides, im painting the carbon hood silver, except for the rotary symbol in the middle which ill leave carbon fiber. it will be a unique look.

I concidered a CF hood b/c mine is dented. The OEM hood is $500 plus painting total over $600.

I may go with the CF because it is cheaper.

Isn't the hood light as it is? The carbon hood, IMO, wouldn't make much of a difference.
