Carbon Creations Splitter Kit

Does anyone have experience with this setup? Its a six piece - two part front splitter, two part side splitter, and two part rear splitter, all carbon fiber.
Its pretty expensive - around $850+shipping - anybody know where to get it cheaper, or get the same parts in fiberglass/urethane?

Anybody have any alternative FUNCTIONAL body components? I'm putting the Racing Beat rear wing on and hopefully that should help but I'm lacking some serious stability above 80 mph.

I know Varis makes sweet splitters, and canadrs(sp?) out of CF.

Likely be much better quality than CC too.

I think the URL is

im not sure about any cheaper than 850, i havent seen it but if it is all good quality carbon fiber, than all those parts for 850 is pretty good, I paid 400 just for a grade A oem hood for my girlfriends car. and that was the cheapest/highest quality hood i could find.

Lacking stability???? What kind of roads are you driving on? Are there serious cross winds or what? Or are you saying it starts getting unstable at 80mph (just a little), then gets progressively worse?

On a side note, could you place a link so the rest of us can see?

I went up to Rochester, and the roads through Pennsyltucky are glassy smooth, but once you get into NYS there's STRONG crosswinds and the roads are kinda shitty.

Regardless, the car is SO smooth and stable at 70 and as I keep exceeding that it gets less and less stable - I have NO aero parts, no spoiler, no lip, not even the cheesy appearance package side/rear aero flairs. When I get to about 70 the car is noticebly unstable, and past that its a handful to keep under control.

No offense, but if you're having that type of instability, you've got something seriously wrong with your car. I'd have a dealer check it out, suspension, alignment, (have you changed your tires and/or pressure/leaks?), steering, etc.

For me w/same box stock car aero-wise, the car is stable as an anvil at high speed, in fact, it feels better when it goes faster! 80, 90, more, no problem w/arrow smooth and straight tracking.

There's something wrong, I'd look into it before you get hurt

hate to break it to you, but your racing beat spoiler won't do jack ****, you'd get more weight on the back tires putting a bag of sand in your trunk.

Same here. Get your car checked out. At speeds of 80+ the car feels at home, not behaving like a redheaded stepchild.

I have coilovers . . . . they account for a lot of the jostling.

probably check out alignment then.

my other cars were freaking PLANTED at those speeds, which is why I'm concerned.

My car is planted at those speeds. We have crazy crosswinds on the bridges here, gets a little twitchy, but doesn't feel the least bit out of control. Something's not right somewhere. I have stock suspension.
