Bumper fitment issues need expert advice

Hi everyone, I mounted up my bumper last night just to see if its lost its form over the years. I've had this bumper sitting around for like 3 years collecting dust.

From what I understood if you heat the urethane up slightly then let it cool it should go back to its original form .

Anyways... I am wondering if there is any solution for this issue or if I should just scrap it at this point?

I saw a post about someone using silicone to make it stick inside the bumper clips... I am hesitant to do this though because I have a turbo and that bumper will be on and off frequently.

I am going to push the IC up further and cut the front bumper to make it fit flush up front.

How are the clips that hold the bumper on? Was the top part bolted up?

Yes it was,

clips are in ok condition they aren't grabbing the bumper though, then you push them it they pop right back out.

I am going to detach the clips tonight and see if they grab the bumper when detached. If It does I will find a way to make it work.

Don't accidentally paint it and screw everything up.

LOL yea... you are like fourth on the list of people who want to buy this.

The previous owners body shop really jacked it up.

I have figured out a way to customize the side support for the bumper and made it fit almost perfectly.

I have also started the sanding process, the previous body shop did not put a flexible primer on and it is spider webbed everywhere.

Actually the tsunami is a bit higher :/... I never wanted to put it on because I didn't have coil overs.
