Dai Yoshihara's Pacific Rim Drift S13 race car had that kind of lighting on it and it looked strange when he was drifting because the lighting stayed stationary while the car was sliding around. Kinda like those "rapper floater" wheels.

 

what kind of neon lights are those under the side skirts? do u know?

 

What kind of headlights are those? The look like the old 7 Amemiya sleek conversion.

I think they're stock headlights with eyelids. I think you could buy these lights, only problem is, you do have to know how to speak japanese. As far as those neons under the side skirts I have no idea what kind they are. But maybe that company that makes those brake disk lights might know.

I find it more interesting that the licence plate glows.

 

Ive seen an m3 with white speaker ring neons behing his wheels it looked pretty sick.
