Awesome New Front Bumper!!!

Alright guys,

I put my new racing beat intake on today so i figured i would test fit my new bumper while i was at it....The new bumper allows for direct flow from the bumper into the air intake box....Hope you like the look i am going for....The bumper is not painted yet ...but it will be painted to match the car when the my new seibon hood comes in.....the bumper also has a real carbon fiber lip spoiler molded on....

here are a few pics...

the bumper is made by acosta motorsports.....they make them to order.....around $750.00 plus shipping...they are made of kevlar/fiberglass or all carbon fiber....I am going to purchase mazdaspeed sides and rear for the car.....and the Seibon TS II hood....and yes I already made screens for all of the holes and the one in the bumper that will be painted black...

Possibly not drive it or stuff a water filter in there.

Drains......

Don't worry about a little water, the stock airbox has drains on it. If you are running something aftermarket, you're on your own.

all he would need is a turbo and instead of attaching the manifold to the exhaust exit, just hook up some contraption to be able to hold some sausage tubing and then it's a free for all...you can drive, run **** over and make sausage...and it's already pre-heated ...

gheez i crack myself up...

Fitment seems to be pretty good, but the gap at where the hood meets up is that due to the bumper not being installed 100%?

very nice! I actually like this bumper. Too bad you don't really have anything to really make the hole functional... They have one all carbon fiber you say? Dam that must be expensive. Becareful with fiberglass though, also the fitment seem to be off a little bit on the hood line...

Am i the only one who see a gap between the front bumper and the hood???
Don't like the fitment...
Maybe you have removed the air diversion panel cause that's how a friends car looked when he removed it-for no readon though

Acosta version of the Mazdaspeed bumper...Very good if you want to make a custom ram-air effect but pointless if you already have one..

It is lined up with the intake right now, so it gives you a direct line to the intake box. To center it would defeat the purpose.
