Appearance Package make removing front bumper harder?

Does the appearance package make removing the front bumper harder?? I am trying to remove my front bumper now and there are 2 screws preventing me from doing it. It appears that the appearance package is blocking me from getting to both of those to remove from the bumper, and the bumper now doest not want to come off. I have removed everything as listed on the sticky bumper removal walkthrough, but cannot seem to get the last 2 screws off. Any help helps alot, thanks.

i have the appearance package myself. no problems removing the bumper. remove the speed clips up top, remove the plastic air diversion plate. remove the 10 mil bolts holding the bumper, plus severaly other speed clips. remove 1 screw on each side holding sider markers in. remove either 2 or 3 screws underneath on each side ( i cant remember how many exactly) pop bumper out on both sides where the sider markers were. pull sightly forward at the bottom, then pull at top, should come right off, unless i forgot something.

i have had bumper off 2 times now with no problems. once to do aem, once to drain oil coolers when i switched to synth.

Well, it's like the bumper wants to come off, it's loose and everything. I just can't figure out what is making it feel like at the last second its still bolted on or sumthing, ive searched alot. I think it's probably sumthing obvious and it will hit me in the face tomorrow when i go back to it.
